今年头两个月温哥华豪宅市场继续畅旺,刚刚过去的最短的2月份两组分别11人的买家疯抢西温400万左右的豪宅,而400万以上豪宅交易2014年去年同期就增加了49%。看这劲头,2015年也少不得抢的头破血流。
较早时市场曾有揣测指移民部对投资移民“一刀切”的政策,将会不利楼市,但地产专家根据最新数据分析,楼市并未受到影响,而且移民仍是加国楼市购买主力。
温哥华去年上半年超过百万元房屋销售数目达到1,664间,较去年同期1,239间,增加34%;100万至200万元的房屋,销售增加32%;200万至400万元增加35%;400万元以上更增加49%。西温几乎放出来的房子都会同时收到多名买家出价,且见到愈来愈多豪宅成交价高过挂牌价,其中独立屋有30%成交价高过挂牌价,而100至200万元的城市屋,则有19%成交价高过挂牌价。
