加拿大哪座城市的人们最喜欢给小费呢?移动支付公司Square对加拿大5个城市温哥华、卡尔加里、蒙特利尔、多伦多和渥太华进行调查后发现，最喜欢给小费的是首都渥太华人。
渥太华应该算是加拿大服务业者的天堂了：当地市民76.7%的情况下都会给小费，平均数额占消费总额的15.6%。蒙特利尔紧跟其后，市民70%的情况下给小费，平均数额为14.4%。多伦多和温哥华旗鼓相当，62%左右的情况下会给小费，平均数额分别为14.5%(多伦多)和13.4%(温哥华)。卡尔加里则落后较多，只有59.4%的情况下给小费，平均数额为13.3%。
